Whether you are a beginner or previous professional, ballet class is a wonderful way to stay in shape, stretch tight muscles, challenge your mind and feel beautiful. All adult ballet classes begin at the barre. The class follows a “freestyle” curriculum, meaning that the exercises will be set by the instructor on the day, he/she will demonstrate the exercise, explain the “how to” and also instruct ways to improve technique before putting on the music. All of our instructors have a high level of proficiency and are experts of adjusting the class to suit all levels.

There is no requirement in regards to completing the class. Adults are encouraged to do as much of the class as they would like. Please see the levels of the classes offered on each day:
  • Mondays: Beginner-Intermediate Level
  • Wednesday: Intermediate Level
  • Fridays: Intermediate Level
The class will continue in a traditional way with a stretch after the barre before moving in to the center. Center work consists of faster moments and ballet steps without the assistance of the barre. Exercises will include tendus, adage, pirouettes, and allegro (jumps).

This class can be taken in person in the studio and via ZOOM from your home
If you wish to take the class on Zoom, please email [email protected]
